The Viking Offroad Overland Recovery Kit is the complete kit for serious overland & expedition journeys.

The Heavy Overland Kit is for generally for larger & heavier vehicles such as large pickup trucks, truck style overland rigs, Sportsmobiles, etc.  However, if you have a 12,000 Lb winch 3/8" winchline extensions & rigging lines match the factory 3/8" winchlines. One exception are some H1 Hummers/Hummvees w/ the military 12k winch w/ 7/16" winchline, where the kits should be matched to the strength of the winch along with consideration of the weight of the vehicle.
